We are hosting a Spring Craft and Vendor Fair.

 Accepting applications for vendors and crafters at this time. 

Home consultants are welcome, please no passion parties. We are looking for tupperware, stampin'up and other 

similar home consultant businesses. Also, we would like to have a large variety of spring/summer crafts.

The show will be held May 5th from 10am to 6pm 

at the Hampton Inn and Suites Green River.

Booth fee is $40 per booth. Depending on how many vendors we get our spaces will be 8 x 8 up to 12 x 12. 

There will also be patio spaces available depending on weather.

COSTS:$45.00 per Player (Majors, Minors, Pitching Machine)
$40.00 per Player (T-Ball)

For each participant to be registered please bring one proof of age document. Please also bring three or more documents that show the address of the legal residence of the parent(s) or court appointed guardian(s) for the player(s). Proof of residency is 1 utility bill and any of the following driver’s license, car or home insurance, car registration, voter’s registration, school records, welfare/child care records, federal records, state records, local(municipal) records, support payment records, homeowners or tenant records, financial records, medical records, military records, internet, cable, or satellite records, and employment records. If your child is 11 or 12 please make a copy of a utility bill to bring with you date between December 1, 2011 - February 1, 2012. This is in case your child is chosen for All-Stars we have to have a date proving you were at your residence before February 1, 2012. We will hold on to this copy until All-Stars is done. This is being done so you will not have to go back into your files this summer to find a document dated prior to February 1, 2012.
