Looking for Volunteers to be on the

Organization Committee for the 
Annual Keith Young Memorial 5k for 2012
 
 
We are looking for volunteers who would be interested in participating in our Organization Committee for our upcoming 4th Annual 2012 Keith Young Memorial 5K that will be held in Green River, WY on the 2nd Saturday in June this year (JUNE 9th, 2012)
 
We are looking for people to help us on this volunteer committee with tasks such as: contacting & finding sponsors, collecting & finding prizes, organization & prep. meal, setting up the course, organizing volunteers, water stations, etc.
 
 The committee meetings will be once a month & you can plan for the meetings to last for about 1 hour (first one may be longer).  The meetings will be held in Green River.  Volunteers in this committee, will be given assignments to do at each meeting, then are to report back at the next meeting .
 
First meeting will be Thursday, February 23rd @ 7pm 
 at 810 Easy Circle in Green River
